Research on artificial consciousness¹, built as a brain.

Problem: AI agents forget what happened, lose the thread, and grade their own work.
Decision: I built it the way a mind is organized: a hippocampus consolidates memory, a prefrontal cortex decides, and an intent-validator grades every task against its acceptance criteria — PASS or FAIL.
Impact: 360+ sessions archived · 300+ active memories · 43 schema versions · 4 core modules built, 8 more mapped.

Noema Reader.

A branch of Noema, built to my own measure.

Problem: Long books lose you: who was this character, what did I miss three chapters ago?
Decision: Custom-built, not a plugin. The AI only gets the book up to the page you’re on: it can’t spoil what it never read — so a small, fast model is enough.
What it does: Spoiler-free questions to the book · character cards · word lookup & translation · my own notes, synced to the cloud and readable by my agent · query history per book · prompt caching to cut cost and latency.

Globant

Sr. UI Developer on the trading platform of a New York investment bank².

Problem: On a trading floor, every screen inherits its data. Reference data has to be traceable; live quotes have to update without freezing the grid.
Decision: Front-end on the bank’s in-house React framework for trading UIs, moving legacy desktop screens to the web.
R&D on blotters: which AG Grid row model holds live streaming at scale.
Project lead for a static-data admin, with data governance on OpenMetadata.
Mentoring developers for a job where AI writes much of the code.
Impact: A year inside the trading platform of a leading New York investment bank, and a front-row seat in Globant’s turn into Glob.ai, an AI-native company.
How I work there: Delivered inside AI Pods, under an AI First development model, trained through Globant’s AI programs.

CER Analytics

Mobile apps for field work. Developer, squad lead, now advisor.

Problem: Field teams work where there is no signal. Two settings in the old app could wipe a day of fieldwork, silently.
Decision³: Advisory: a diagnosis first, then a migration from Realm to SQLite and a sync that survives bad signal — outbox, retries, photos before data.
Built and led the squads behind the core modules, and trained the developers in them.
Impact: Fieldwork no longer disappears: offline by default, sync when the team is back · migration delivered with 206 automated tests · +30% app performance · legacy code moved to modern React.
